Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no test was started after that purchase; failed/duplicate debits are reversed automatically; refunds go to the original UPI account in 5–7 working days.

This policy applies to test packs bought on Joyful Genius, operated by [legal name].

1. What you buy

A pack is a one-time payment for online practice tests. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel later and we never charge you again without you choosing to buy.

2. When you get a full refund

You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of the purchase and no test was started after that purchase.

3. When a refund is not possible

Once a test has been started after the purchase, or after 7 days, the pack counts as used and is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. We do not give partial refunds.

4. Failed and duplicate payments

If a payment fails, or you are charged twice for the same order, the money is reversed automatically. If money has left your account but the pack does not appear within 30 minutes, contact us with the UPI reference number (UTR); we will either activate the pack or refund the payment.

5. How to ask for a refund or cancel a purchase

Send your registered mobile number and the order number (shown on the payment screen) by WhatsApp ([WhatsApp number]) or by email ([email]).

6. How the money comes back

Once a refund is approved, it goes to the original UPI account (or the original payment method) in 5–7 working days. When we make the refund we also take back what the pack gave: unlimited access is switched off, or the tests the pack added are removed from the account. We note the refund on the order, which stays in our payment records.
