These terms apply to Joyful Genius (the "Service"): this website and the practice app at /app. The Service is operated by Kedar Manoj Shelar ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a pack, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Joyful Genius offers online practice tests for the Intelligence Test (बुद्धिमत्ता चाचणी) section of the Maharashtra upper-primary scholarship exam for Class 7 (उच्च प्राथमिक शिष्यवृत्ती परीक्षा): timed tests by chapter, unit or full subject, an instant report card and a review of every answer. It is a practice tool. We do not promise any marks, rank, result or scholarship.

2. Eligibility

Accounts are for children and must be created by their parent or legal guardian, who must be at least 18 years old. By signing up you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you are responsible for the child's use of the Service.

3. Your account

• One account is for one child. You sign in with the parent's mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
• Keep your phone secure. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
• We may suspend an account that is used to copy or resell our content, to disrupt the Service or to break these terms.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) on the Pricing page. A pack is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI and other methods Razorpay offers). We never see or store your UPI PIN, card or bank details.
• Access is granted immediately after a successful payment. What a pack includes is shown on the Pricing page at the time you buy it; a later price change never affects a pack you have already bought.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: full refund within 7 days of purchase if no test was started after that purchase; failed or duplicate debits are reversed automatically.

6. Content and intellectual property

The questions, answers, explanations, software and design of the Service belong to Kedar Manoj Shelar or are used with permission. You may use them only for your own child's practice. Do not copy, record, publish, share, resell or automatically collect (scrape) them.

7. No affiliation with MSCE

Joyful Genius is an independent practice service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE), Pune, or any government body. Exam dates and patterns shown in the Service are for guidance only; always check official MSCE notices.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but it may occasionally be paused for maintenance or fail for reasons outside our control. If a test you started is lost because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will give that test back.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the pack concerned.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will show a notice on this website. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
