In short: Digital service; access is granted immediately after payment; nothing is shipped.

1. How delivery works

Joyful Genius is an online practice service. When your payment succeeds, the pack is added to your child's account straight away and tests can be started at /app on any phone or computer with internet access.

2. No physical goods

We do not sell or ship physical products. There are no shipping charges and we never need a delivery address.

3. Where the service is available

The service is available anywhere in India with an internet connection.

4. If access does not appear

If the pack does not appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us with your registered mobile number and the UPI reference number (UTR). We will activate the pack or refund the payment as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
